Smoothie Time!

Did you know that green leafy vegetables are very good to detox your liver?

My yoga teacher once said that green leafy vegetables like celery and spinach facilitate the cleansing process of your liver and fight the effects of free radicals. This is because they are characterized by a very high content of important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This cleansing smoothie will help to nourish your body and only takes a few minutes to prepare.


  • Celery
  • Kale
  • Fresh spinach
  • Kiwi
  • Chia seeds
  • (Coconut) water


  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Almonds
  • Fresh spinach


Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
