Nothing is better than to start your day with a beautiful spoonable smoothie like this one.
As you might know, almost every morning I make myself a smoothie, giving me a good shot of vitamins before I leave the house. Yummy!
Smoothie bowls are ready before you know it. The only thing you need is fruit, vegetables and a (hand) blender. What I really like about smoothie bowls is that you can eat them with a spoon. This way every morning you create your own mini-party. There are different tricks to make the structure of a smoothie a bit thicker in order to make it more easy to eat with a spoon. In this smoothie I added oatmeal, which is also very high on fiber!
Ingredients
- Oatmeal
- Banana
- Pineapple
- Almonds
- (Coconut) water
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Orange
- Cucumber
- Lime
- Cherry
- Raspberry
- Carrot
Method
Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
